This is templated solution. For a complete questionnaire design, a researcher will be required. Users do have the ability to add custom questions at the end of the survey.  You do have the ability to customize numerous areas of the questionnaire including key metrics and key statements.

What is the minimum number of respondents per concept?

150. This is included in the baseline pricing when purchasing Toluna’s sample.

Can I use my own sample?

There is an option to use PowerConcept with and without Toluna panel. However, for initial launch concepts may not be balanced by demographics if using client supplied sample. For this reason, we strongly encourage users to utilize Toluna panel.

What is the approximate LOI (Length of Interview)?

5-7 minutes.

Why are you using sequential monadic testing?

Methodologists agree that a monadic approach is more “pure”, eliminating bias. It creates a shorter, more engaging experience for the respondent, which ultimately leads to higher quality data. It removes any order bias or having to structure your data in order to compensate after the fact. If you use a monadic approach you don’t open yourself up to any of these thoughts or concerns, producing both stronger data quality and higher insight capacity.
