Using the “Do Not Ask” Feature

Do Not Ask is an advanced filter logic that enables users to simply flag questions and/or pages within their survey they do not with to be shown to respondents based on their answers within the survey. What previously required more complex logic programming now only takes a few clicks!

Interested in using this feature? Learn how to use it in your next survey below!

1.  Within a question screen, click ADD FILTER.

2.  Select either Do not ask page to hide an entire designated survey page from respondents, or Do not ask question to not display a designated question to respondents (this question can exist on a page where other questions are also programmed).

Before launching your survey, don’t forget to use the PREVIEW feature on the bottom of the screen to ensure that your filters are operating as you intended.
